I have an early VHS-C camera whose heads need some major cleaning.
Probably not worth doing. A Maxell cleaning tape didn't help. But the
camera itself is functional, providing nice composite video out. Could
be used for ATV or security. If anybody has an interest, please give me
a call. 967-4867.

Still have that seasonal spirit overflowing? How about volunteering for
an antenna party next Saturday, New Year's Eve day, 12/31? Really not
that much to do. I need a couple of reasonably coordinated people to
help me mount my yagis on the tilt-over mast. The taller the better!
The now-functioning rotator is in place and the stacked yagis are on the
stinger. All I need is to get the stinger back in the rotor.
Help would be appreciated. We can survey the group for choice of
pizza, Mex, or Chinese or whatever!
Please call me - 967-4867.

Hello SBARC People:
Here's a chance to get rid of your electronic waste/junk that we really don't
want showing up at the Bazaar. An exception will be made for home stereo
units, we can usually get rid of (sell) some of them.
Here's a chance to eliminate tons of junk from your garage (especially you
Darryl).

For anyone interested, I am finally set up to operate on HF, after being
licensed for two years, and an Extra almost that long.
I have the new Icom IC-7000, a BuddiPole, and an MK 31-AGM 105Ah battery,
for strictly portable use.
My first contact was with K7HI, a merchant marine on a cargo vessel near
Honolulu. He reported my signal as 55.
