Dear SBARC Members,
As of January 1st Ina and I will no longer be your Key-Klix editors. As far
as I know, Bill Smathers, KG6HXX is the only "new" editor that the club has
managed to find thus far so he will be the editor for the January issue.
His email is WillZ789(a)cs.com and phone number is (805)687-4733; you can also
find him in the club's 2004 directory.
It has been a pleasure to have been one of the editors for the past 5 years
and I wish our new editors all the best! God bless you all.

I'm interested in buying a used mobile VHF/UHF radio, perhaps even with HF.
Desired features are scanning, memory channels, PL tones, and at least 20 or
30 watts. Wide receive, for monitoring public safety frequencies, would be
great too. My real desire is to get an Icom 706 MKIIG, but that will need
to be sometime in the future.
For a VHF/UHF only, I'll pay up to $100. If HF is included, I can go up to
$200. If HF cannot be included in the mobile, I'm also interested in a
separate HF radio, and will pay up to $100.
If anyone in SBARC has a radio they are interested in selling, please let me
know.
