The M44MR is a perfect fit.

You can tailor your C or 7 to fit by slicing away carefully the top plastic around the 2
screw mounts and then it will sit up in the arm recess the same as the MR does. It adjusts
much easier then in terms of not hitting the gripper arm, and raising the correct height
when the song has ended.
