The M44MR is a perfect fit.
You can tailor your C or 7 to fit by slicing away carefully the top plastic around the 2 screw mounts and then it will sit up in the arm recess the same as the MR does. It adjusts much easier then in terms of not hitting the gripper arm, and raising the correct height when the song has ended.

And that's another trouble I was having, the body of the M44-7 I have
now it's just a little bit too narrow to fit correctly.
I'll look for the M44-MR, there's some web site selling it...?

Hello everyone!
I found a Shure M44-7 cartridge installed on my AMI Continental 2.
I'd like to fit it with a N44-C stylus, as some of the 45 records I use
are obviously not in very good conditions; I'd like to find out if I can
reduce the skips and jumps I have when playing them.
My question is - if I install a replacement N44-C stylus on a M44-7
cartridge, I'll have the correct tracking force for the N44-C stylus, or
I should install it on a M44-7 cartridge for better results? I'm
interested in the tracking force alone, small differences in audio
quality does not really matter.
The tracking force should be a matter of the stylus installed, not the
cartridge, am I correct...?
Thanks...!

Hi Jim,
Tell me more about using Tri Flow as a record lube. I too have noticed the white dust on my Eric 45s but have just lived with it. Does Tri Flow negatively affect the needle?
Thanks, Bill Schaefer

The ERIC pressings are soft polystyrene and wear out quickly. You can watch record dust appear as it plays. Someone here mentioned using "tri-flow" as a lubricant for polystyrene records and I've been using it with no issues.

Thanks for the infos... yes, I'll go with a C stylus. My Conti2 is from
Microtecnica, very nice jukebox, but not easy to adjust to play fine..
I'm also looking for the two metal bumpers bar in the back, they are
missing. Maybe someone made some replacements...?
Bye,

Hi Jay,
I have added pics to my Google Drive, here is the link - Hopefully works ok.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1DTal-_lQXpSz-hBsA4dcv0DcAt4E2wqt?us…
A bit of History, I purchased this Amp and Crossover from the USA to replace the missing audio gear as the Jukebox had been butchered and didn't have any audio gear in it.
Hopefully those pictures show enough detail?
Thanks
Iain

My 780 has began making a terrible clicking/clacking noise as the record comes up. Sometimes it clears up. Recently it continued until the amp fuse blew. Record continues to come up and play but of course no sound. Suggestions as to where the “bug” is? Thanks

Hi Everyone,
I have an AMI R2777B Basic Amp plus the R2728A power amp.
Screened on top of the chassis is 6973 for the output tubes. However, they are not 6973 tube sockets.
They are a larger 8 pin socket which looks to be factory installed.
Did these amps ever come out with say 6L6 tubes? The wiring on the sockets suggest it may be these as pin 1 and 6 are not connected, but I couldn't find any info to support this.
Thanks

This may be of interest. Send them a list in Excel or Word of the titles
you want. Most are $4. I'm not affiliated other than as a customer.

I have a ton of ERIC reissue 45's from the 80s. They were always well mastered and sound great. More often than not better than "Collectibles" which was their main competitor.
My only suggestion is that they really need to publish a list with prices of the NOS titles if they are half way serious about selling them. Even if it's not 100 percent complete or accurate any list is better than no list to help potential customers get started. It's not rocket science.
Just my .02,
Ed

Jay,
Thanks for sharing.
I could use some more 50’s and 60’s music!
Hopefully he has good stock.
Appreciated,
