Hi folks:
Our 2-meter SSB net has been operating continuously for over 16 years, and it's as fun as ever! In addition to local check ins, we are regularly joined by by stations in San Diego, LA, and even Riverside County. It's a great way to test out the SSB feature on your 2-meter radio whether you have a simple vertical or a horizontal array!
Join the fun on 144.210 MHz tonight starting at 8:00PM and usually ending about 9:30 PM. Hope to see you there!

Hi folks:
Just a friendly reminder that the Santa Barbara Two-Meter SSB Roundtable will be active tonight on 144.210 MHz starting at 20:00 hours. We regularly have check-ins from all over Southern California, so join the fun!
Also, this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LR-vFBjTNHU) shows my set up for the weekly net and rag chew I'm involved with from atop the Santa Ynez Mountains above Santa Barbara on Wednesday evenings. The antennas are a 10 element two-meter beam (lower one) and a 10 element 70cm beam. I run 160 watts on two-meters and 50 watts on 70cm. The view is first of the Los Padres National Forest back-country and then of the Channel Island and coastal cities including Santa Barbara.
We hope to hear you on the net tonight!
