I got a call from Chuck Stersic, N6CJL (expired license) this afternoon,and he let me know is wife, Avon, had passed away last week.I doubt many current SBARC members will know, let alone remember eitherof them. He was a member of the Elks, and helped SBARC a number of timesget the use of the Elks grove and parking lot for the SBARC Hamfest.After Avon moved up to the Fresno area, Chuck stayed here for a fewyears before joining here._______________________________________________SBARC-list mailing list
