Attached is a graphic showing the timeline for the start and peak of the eclipse in SB. If you do go out there to view it on Monday morning, be certain that you have proper eye protection. Santa Barbara Electronics Supply may still have some NASA-approved eclipse glasses in stock locally. A #14 welder's glass is also appropriate protection but this dark shade is not very common and likely not what is in that welding helmet in your garage unless specifically ordered. If you are not sure, don't risk it.

It may be tempting to look at the sun given it will be significantly dimmer than normal however you will damage your eyes without proper protection.
