I didn't have any issues creating the new email/username-based account and associating my FRN. However, I can't seem to do much else. What is the system supposed to do? It looks like most of the functions that I would ever need to use – like renewing a license or changing my address – remain in the FRN-account-based ULS anyway. And that system is still accessible, as of today.
