meeting. That would be Laura Rudison, Program Administrator, Net Energy
Metering - Interconnection, Customer Solar & Self Generation with Southern
California Edison.
She was so kind as to forward the
above attachment to me regarding what our dear California legislature
has come up with. I thought it would be interesting to you. I don't expect many
of you to read the whole thing, as I haven't, but you may find parts of it do
pertain to your use of and billing for electricity in California.
There will not be an exam so don't
worry. Just enjoy some casual reading!
