I enabled a program called SpamAssassin on the server that hosts the callsign@sbarc.org forwarding.  Let's see whether this makes a difference.  Sometimes, its spam recognition must be tweaked, to stop more spam.  However, if it's overly tweaked, it could block legitimate email.
