In preparation for tomorrow's DMR talk, I've been working on a new codeplug for my Anytone AT-878UV and I have a few questions about programming channel lists.

The attached PDF file is a spreadsheet from the Anytone CPS (customer programming software) that shows 4 formats and sets of settings for the channels: the empty radio, the way I received it pre-programmed, Brian's SBARC codeplug, and the one from PAPA. The fields that confuse me are highlighted in grey.
