Doesn't the club have a club historian?  Our local EAA chapter has one. His responsibilities are the safe storage and cataloging of all historical club activities.  
Many of our meetings from the 70's and 80's were video taped and reside in the clubs archives.  Interesting to go back and look at our younger selves
