Interesting that they recommend purchasing a dedicated receiver. NOAA
KLOX/KIH34 on 162.4 is a required monitor for SB County EAS covering
radio and TV broadcasters as well as cable systems, so these alerts
should also be heard on any radio or TV broadcast receiver in the area.
I suspect that IPAWS will also pick it up.
