Subject: UC .19 receiver link to La Vigia

The 146.19 remote receiver and 420 link is down for maintenance and conversion to a Motorla CDM link transmitter. Weak signal access from Goleta to the 146.79 system should be via the 145.18 linked system at Santa Ynez Peak.

This task could take us about 3-4 weeks to complete but we anticipate it could be sooner.
